Event Brand Ecosystem
Spring Soiree
I led the design of the full event brand ecosystem for Villa Academy’s 2025 fundraising auction, Spring Soiree. The scope included the primary event identity, printed collateral such as flyers, programs, and signage, a presentation slide deck, and a suite of promotional assets spanning social media graphics and short-form video.

Overview
/Challenge
Each year, Villa Academy alternates between an elevated yet relaxed, on-campus auction and a luxurious, ornate gala hosted at a unique off-site venue. While past events featured entirely new themes each year, leadership sought to establish a cohesive identity that could be revisited and built upon for future on-campus auctions. After the event name was selected by committee, I was tasked with developing a flexible visual system to bring Spring Soirée to life.
/Solution
Drawing inspiration directly from Villa’s 31-acre lakefront campus, the identity is rooted in a sense of place. The botanical elements; tulips, ferns, dogwoods, and daffodils, were intentionally chosen to reflect flora found on campus, reinforcing a connection to the school’s natural environment. These organic forms are balanced with layered geometric frames and a palette of soft, neutral pastels, creating a composition that feels both fresh and refined.
The creative direction centered on translating optimistic spring themes into a cohesive visual language that felt fresh, celebratory, and aligned with the school’s community values. From pre-event promotion through the on-site experience, every touchpoint was designed to feel unified and intentional.
The result is a visual identity that captures the optimism of spring while remaining timeless and adaptable, designed to evolve with the event for years to come

Results
The inaugural Spring Soiree event was a resounding success, surpassing its fundraising goal and generating over $400,000 in support of Villa Academy.
This event branding has been confirmed by leadership to be used for every on campus gala in the future.
